Our fine-grained Korubuta Minced Pork is raised free range without antibiotics or growth hormones on our certified organic pig farm. Add this flavourful protein to your favourite pasta sauce or stir-fry.
Storage Instructions
Store minced pork in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
